1. The B1F1 Welcome Reward is exclusively available to Healez VIP Members.

2. The reward is valid until 30 September 2026.

3. The B1F1 Welcome Reward is applicable to the following products only:

- Acne Corrective Hydrating Serum (ACHS) 30ml

- Ultra Defensive Calming Cleanser (UDCC) 150ml

- Daily Regenerative Soothing Moisturiser (DRSM) 30g

4. The reward applies on a same-item basis only. Buy 1 eligible product and receive 1 of the same product free.

5. Each member may redeem the B1F1 Welcome Reward once only.

6. A maximum of 2 eligible SKUs per transaction may be redeemed. Each eligible SKU will receive its corresponding free item. For example, purchase 1 ACHS + 1 UDCC and receive 1 ACHS + 1 UDCC free.

7. The B1F1 Welcome Reward must be claimed first and will then be automatically applied at checkout once the redemption requirements are met.

8. The reward cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions or discount codes.

9. Each redemption is limited to one customer. Healez reserves the right to verify repeat redemptions using the member’s email address, phone number and delivery address.

10. The B1F1 Welcome Reward is available exclusively through the Healez website.

11. Healez reserves the right to reject or cancel redemptions that are found to be duplicated, fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
